Installment Options:
(A) 40% down payment and two installments of 30% each.
(B) 34% down payment and 3 equal quarterly payments.
(C) 20% down payment and 8 equal monthly payments.
(D) 15% down payment and 10 equal monthly payments.

Down Payment – Submit the initial or down payment either online or by US mail. See below.
Service Fee – A Service Fee of $5.00 will apply to each installment payment ($3.00 in Florida).

To pay your bill online, follow these instructions:
